Your priorities regarding safe staffing, care, cleanliness, and social connection are ours as well. We have implemented robust infection control measures in line with Government and Public Health England advice to ensure the safety of everyone who lives and works within our homes.

Despite these challenging times, we are still able to support you and your loved one, and it is important that we reassure you of the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe. We are delighted to be supporting additional testing for team members and residents, as well as assisting with the rollout of vaccinations for both residents and the team who care for them.

Supporting people and their families, at a time where making a choice to have a short break or move into Ingleside is not new to us. We have robust policies and guidance in place to ensure that we are adhering to government guidelines which have been updated to ensure we meet the requirements of Lockdown in 2021.

Your needs are always our priority. We will guide you through the local and national guidelines, our arrangements to support people who are moving in and the steps we have taken to support family contact and keep people safe.
